Weight gain & obesity is a scourge thats spreading round the world. Its costing immensely in terms of the amounts of food eaten globally, poor physical & mental health, medical implications, ridicule, costs, etc, etc. These videos are a visual diary of weight loss from day 1. (Today being Wed. 3 Feb 2010) Starting at 16st 7Ib They are based on 25 years of study and experimentation into eating ‘problems’, unwanted weight gain, food addictions, emotional eating, formative years, and many, many, aspects related to diet, obesity, hunger, evolution and control, etc. These videos will show the physical progress of weight loss from a starting point today, Wed 3 Feb 2010 of 16st 7Ib. There is no heavy exercise involved in the early months, as strenuous exercise actually makes the progress much harder. Just gentle walking is encouraged. The videos will go hand in hand with a gradual chapter by chapter release of the book ‘The Quantum Diet’. This book will cover the problems with unwanted weight gain, in depth. Most of the book chapters will be published on here free to read, along with weekly video updates on Wednesdays. Obviously, it can’t all be free. It’s taken too long and, too many pain staking years, just to give all the work info away free. The cost savings on food made by those practising this method of food control, will far outweigh any cost of purchasing this info book, let alone the personal benefits.
