    DXM is a bitch. I had an out of body experience during an over dose. I “left” my body just as it started having a seizure and throwing up a jet of robo. The second time I did it I tried to kill myself for the first (and only) time in my life.     Dreams of squirrels getting their heads bashed in, waking up with a funky pattern in my vision, thinking my computer is out to get me, and thinking of how helpless I was at the time . . . are very scary thoughts and happenings.

    It is mostly the whole feeling of knowing if someone broke into my room, I couldn’t do a single thing about it. I was too incapaciated, but aware as well.

    I would suggest, if you want to try it, to do it with someone there.

    Thankfully, just like the doctor in the video. I always carry a stethoscope (even for interviews) and I constantly monitored my heartrate throughout.
