    Thank you for …
Thank you for sharing your story, that flowed really well. I’m not a huge fan of meds either, not being able to ‘get there’ doesn’t matter too much for the first few weeks… but later on it drives one CrAzY! But yeah, it does take the edge off… maybe there’s a balance in there somewhere. Anyway, I really liked your vid and hope you make some more… let us know how it goes :-)

    Very honest video, …
Very honest video, thanks for posting. I have had SA and PTSD for some years. I’m 34. Some days are worse than others. I try and find hope through humour but can’t always find a way. I have never tried meds so don’t know much about them. For what it’s worth, I find comfort from people who blush or seem nervous in an environment such as your clinic work. I feel good to know I’m not alone with this problem. Cheers for now.

    Hey there. Sorry, …
Hey there. Sorry, I’m a youtube novice so I didn’t even notice that you’d left a message previously about the effexor. Ya, it’s true seratonin works up until 75mg and stabilizes, and then at about 150 norepinephrine kicks in. But personally… I’m ok at 75mg, and I was at 150 before and didn’t notice too much difference. I can relate to u cause you also look “normal” on the outside–you’d never know you had SA. Hope u make more videos!

I’ve not been able to find the courage to post a video as yet but lets hope that when I do, I’ll be able to explain myself as well as you have done.Totally relate to what you’re going through. Unknowingly I’ve been suffering with SAD for about thirty years and I only found out a few weeks ago. I’m so glad I’m not alone with this anymore. Watching some of these videos, you can really appreciate how difficult it must have been to post. Thank you for your video, its really helped.

    I was nodding my …
I was nodding my head when you were talking about how you can be friendly with people one day and terrified of them the next day. I get some weird looks from people when it seems like I’m trying to get away from them or blow them off after being so conversational with them previously. It seems so physical that I just can’t calm my body down enough to have a coherant conversation.
SA is very baffling when somebody as photogenic and seemingly articulate as yourself can suffer from it. :-/

You really should be proud of yourself.Your out there mixing and dealing with people which is more than i can say for most people with SAD.I prefer my own company, its safer that way.

I have agoraphobia so I can relate. It takes alot of courage to come forward about phobias but, more people have them than we can imagine. There are so many different types of natural herbs and foods that can help to some degrees. Thanks for this sharing of your life!

You have to be real …
You have to be real low life to hijack someone’s video. You have zero class, zero respect, and zero empathy for other human beings. Now before you lash out and respond, think about it first. You can’t be that stupid. And seriously leave this woman’s videos alone.
