    For any one that is loosing sleep over this! I do have that $136.00 so that is really not the reason for this video! It is the fact that with all the tax on smoking, some of that should be spent to help people stop. That was the point that I was trying to make.

    Be careful Jerald, you need to stop smoking soon if not today. Remember that Even though Cold Turkey is the hardest way to stop its also the way with the least ramifications if you try it IE relapsing and smoking even more than you were before.

    i stopped smoking …
    i stopped smoking sixteen years ago because of my diabetes. i did it on my own. i used to smoke cigars, ciggies, roll ups, and a pipe. i found it very easy. i know i am just lucky, but it did stop the pains in my legs. good luck.
