You’re extremely helpful. You go into far more detail than just saying “do reality checks and keep a journal” [which is what I read everywhere else.] Keep it up :]!

Very intelligent, astutely put videos about a fascinating subject. A great starting point for beginners. Ive recently started having lucid dreams about once a month myself and this looks like its going to help me understand and involve/controll them more.

Hey Buddy I want to remind you that it would be better if you got a haircut. Frankly speaking I also think you would look much more intellectual if you had glasses. Do you own any glasses.

Please cut 2-3 inches of the hair, maybe pull it back a bit, and add glasses. I could stand to see a nose ring but only if you can make it look classy.

Lastly, please paint the walls of your room green.

When you are in a Lucid Dream and are pretty good at that kind of stuff, does it seriously feel like your in real life?

Can you cut lucid dreams out of your life (if you wanted lol)? Can you stop a lucid dream once you are in it?

    Thanks.

    Yes, if you wanted …
Yes, if you wanted to stop lucid dreaming you could just stop keeping a dream journal, stop doing reality checks, etc, etc. And yes, there’s also techniques to leave a lucid dream once it’s begun, for example, I used to blink my eyes really hard whenever I wanted to leave the dream state, although nowadays I never really find the need to bring an end to a dream.

Hey mate.. Great job on the vids..
Do you think your sleeping body posture affects the ability to become lucid? I’ve come to believe it’s usually easier for me when i’m supine – which is a bummer cause I won’t do that unless i’m really tired and drop dead in the first 10 minutes – after that i’ll turn to a side for a more comfortable position. But i think when i’m supine i sleep more lightly wchich helps in becoming lucid..
