Thanks mate, this is just what I was needing. I’ve been researching Lucid dreaming on Wikipedia, but it’s pretty dry all the info on there.

hey man, love the videos your giving out some great advice. Im just starting lucid dreaming and i was wondering if its really necessary to wake up after every REM period to jot down ur dreams. the reason i ask is because i live with people and i cant really set my alarm for 4 in the morning, and without the alarm its guarenteed that i will sleep through it. so anyway, keep the vids comming and dont stop dreamin :)

Oh no. Like I mention in my video: this should never become a chore, and I think we’d all agree that waking up after each REM period (which happens every 90 minutes on average) and writing down our dreams would get tedious pretty quickly. It’s perfectly fine to just write down whatever you remember when you wake up in the morning. This way you’re testing your recall a lot more as you’re attempting to access from the last 7/8 hours worth of sleep, instead of just the last section of REM.

awesome, that makes everything so much easier. I read on a few sites that i should be writing down my dreams after each REM period but then again lots of sites dont even mention it, thanks for clearing it up for me.

    Hey Reece, just …
Hey Reece, just watched the 3 part beginner vids, you mentioned you got Back into LD’s after a break, did it take as much effort as it would for an actual beginner? I’ve had LD’s in the past but none anywhere near as realistic as my first. They seemed somewhat vague in comparison.
I’ve done some of the hard yards in the past and I know what some of my personal dream signs are but I tend to rationalize them in the dreams.

    Part One:

Yes, I suppose I slipped back into things fairly quickly and if I had been a complete beginner it would have taken a while longer to get to the point where I am now. I guess it’s like riding a bike; you never forget how to do it, it’s just a matter of brushing up on old skills.

    Part Two:

As for rationalising dream signs, yes, it’s a right pain isn’t it!? Faulty logic in dreams will always creep up, though. Stephen Berlin does an interesting video on this subject, actually. Type in ‘Faulty Logic Stephen Berlin’ into the search and it should come up with it.

    Your dream …
Your dream experiment should be to test the parallax of your eyes. Cover alternate eyes and check how the picture changes. Also find a dream figure and ask them what your phone number is. OR!…..

I enjoy your eyebrows, they are a very positive attribute of your facial structure. They have an excellent curvature that draws attention to the depth of your eyes.
What throws your facial pattern off is if course your hair.I don’t like the mole or mark on your cheek. Surgical removal is kind of extreme, but you could cover it with a brand of makeup, at least for your video blogs, I think we would all appreciate that and enjoy your blogs better.

That being said I rate your face as a 7/10. Cut the hair and you’re an 8/10. Makeup on that atrocious mole and you’re at a 9.6/10. VERY good buddy!!!

That being said, a 7/10 is well above average, so please don’t feel the need to change based on my comments.

Reece, thanks for your very good advice on Lucid Dreaming. You gave me several techniques I had never thought of before. You know what you are talking about, and your techniques are worthwhile.

I have a reality check which I would also recommend: I read something printed, and then look away and then look back and see if I can still read the same text. In dreams it is almost always different, if I can read at all.

See you in the dream world (Astral Plane).

    Cheers!

Thank you VERY much, Reece, for taking the time to make this DVD. I have spent a few hours (intruding on my sleep pattern, infact, which is pretty contriversial when it’s actually about sleeping :P) each night reading about how to Lucid Dream. I’m going to start writing a dream journal from last nights dreams and this nights dream too, and I will make notes of these 3 Videos you’ve made and follow them.

Again, thanks for making this video and I’ll subscribe and comment with the results.

    Remembering your …
Remembering your dreams is far more important than taking over them for your dreams are great teachers. Lucid dreaming simply opens you up to a greater realization that reality is not all that it seems and gives you an opportunity to fully experiment with this thing called reality.

Astral travel is the ultimate form because you have the same superhuman abilities only you reside in THIS reality and can experience it like never before.

Yes, this is actually a really good idea! If you’re dreaming about your dog on a regular basis then you should get good results from using this technique.
