    So I was wondering, …
    So I was wondering, to gain mass on your triceps, do you basically want to max out? I hear everywhere that the best way to gain mass is to eat big, and lift big. Then I hear that lifting heavy in small sets is bad. Wtf? Or maybe this isn’t for mass, well somone get back to me please.

    well to increase …
    well to increase muslce you eat big, and lift big weights in small reps in about 4/5 sets
    but tone u wanna do smaller weight in a lot of reps in about 4/5sets again
