If you follow ” …
If you follow “enzyme nourishment” your body will be replenished. Does someone believe that eating “live foods” with “live” enzymes is better than eating dead food?!?! Someone has no grasp of basic physiology or biochemistry…. go google how proteins are digested. Oh and if you have no idea what proteins have to do with enzymes, you’re a hopeless fool that needs an education.

lol…actually I AM …
lol…actually I AM in medical school, and I also have a bachelors degree in physiology. Fresh food is not what I am talking about. My point was, if you take “Enzyme supplements” that cost 20$ you are being duped, since enzymes are digested the same way any other food is. Basically, you eat the enzymes but lose their activity. Might as well eat a fruit
