Excerpt from “How To Do Wake Induced Lucid Dreams And OBEs”
Posted on July 28th, 2006 | by admin |
Part two covers more advanced methods in which you can take command of your lucid dreaming by doing Wake Induced Lucid Dreams or WILDs. You’ll learn a powerful visualization called a teleporting OBE exit that you can use to do a WILD, you’ll also learn how to craft your own efficient visualizations.
In Part Two you’ll learn how to:
Create a space in your subconscious that you can immerse your focus into to have a WILD
Shift your focus into the part of your brain that generates mental imagery and away from the physical imagery you usually see
Craft your own efficient visualizations to develop solid subconscious spaces
Fix blindness in lucid dreams and sense your surroundings without using vision
Solve problems associated with relaxation such as involuntary muscle twitching, itching and the swallow reflex

You really must do …
You really must do research on OBEs for yourself and find out your father is wrong, entirely. You will usually get negative feedback from anyone that doesn’t know anything about it.

no, that is called …
no, that is called “false awakening”. a lucid dream is where you realise that you are dreaming and you stay there. The dream suddenly becomes very clear or “lucid” and you can do anything you like. i had one once by accident and it was amazing. i’ve been trying ever since but to no avail. can someone suggest some sure-fire techniques???

what is dangerous …
what is dangerous is not lucid dreaming, but your schizophrenia! that’s serious stuff, and very rare. i guess if there’s a history of psychosis in your family, then you might need to be careful.
