In this first of a set of three training videos Ms. Malone-Bequette identifies and defines the target population for whom the system of support through the Department of Mental Health is developed. In addition Ms. Malone-Bequette identifies the three Divisions of the Department of Mental Health, describing their main function. Finally, Ms. Malone-Bequette discusses the concept of wraparound as it applies to the Children’s System of Care and Adult Services.
